Question about the current Rockstar Deals on Nuuvem

Hey guys.
Im wondering if the keys you get from Nuuvem are ROW keys or if they are region restricted ones.
I thought about buying a few games for me, some friends and for giveaways but I want to be sure that they are ROW first.
So maybe some of you bought a game in the current sale and can help me.
I dont know if it makes a difference but Im from Germany.

Edit: Cant even buy it. It says its unavailable in my country. I knew it was too good to be true.
