If the bundle is a steam bundle, AFAIK it is within the rules to gift the copies individually if the steam system gives you the games as individual keys.

Posting giveaways for keys from Indie Galas / HiB etc. is against the rules. My Nation Red giveaways were from the steam multi-buy deal for NR and I asked in steamgifts chat channel whether it was allowed or not and was told that it was/is allowed to do what I did.

EDIT: Didn't realise the Indie Gala had been on sale with Commandos in.
