Hello people! It seems that I have found a glitch or something in Skyrim, which causes the game to crash without any errors or anything, it simply puts me on my desktop. I'm currently on the mission to find the Elder Scroll and the game constantly crashes while I'm in these tunnels or whatever they are(Most of the crashes happen around this area. I can upload more images if you still have no idea where am I). This happened yesterday for the first time and I just can't finish my mission because I have to get through the tunnels. I figured someone here might know the solution to this problem if they've had it before. Google couldn't help me :-/ I know I'm not giving you much info but I just have no idea what should I tell you.

You need to download a community made patch. Bethesda is terrible with bugs and isn't good at fixing them. Anyway, just search and probe around for community made massive skyrim patches.

Well, it does not help that they where lazy with things. Since in order to use mods properly ( Well, multiple mods without bogging things down. ) you have to basically clean out the dirty edits they made with the base game.. Hell the dlcs have a lot as well but I would not recommend messing with those.

See if you don't have any mods/mod conflicts or anything like that.

I'll install the one RazielAntemos posted(At least I'll try lol) and hopefully I won't need any more. I don't know what is it, but I don't feel very comfortable with mods and stuff.

Install this. And then download the mod Raziel gave you with NMM, it should say Install/Download with NMM, something like that. It's a manager that helps you install mods easily.
You have nothing to be scared about, you won't get banned for using mods. I have around 50, they make game a lot better.
If you need help, add me on Steam, I'll try to help you if I can.

Edit: You may also want to try this.
I haven't tried it yet by myself, but my friend did and he's saying it works great.

I'm having a problem where my Skyrim crashes once i open Steam Community up. Nothing has ever helped me solve it :P But usually glitches like what you have are easy to fix, so good luck with it!

All crashes in Skyrim are related to either your mod load orders, high ugrid values or running out of vram and ram usage spike. Download the unofficial patch to see if it fixes it, if not your ctd is most likely caused by these issues.

I just hope that Bethesda uses a completely new engine for their next game instead of a jury-rigged one.

Skyrim is badly optimized as it is. And adding user mods don't make things any better. Download Skyrim unofficial patches for your game + dlcs and use BOSS to fix your load order.

I kinda ignored the thread for a little while, sorry guys! Now I have a new problem(Of course I do! -.-) - I can't make an account in nexusmods in order to download this patch you've all been talking about, and I can't seem to find it anywhere else. When I fill all the info needed to register, the page just starts loading for 5 to 10 minutes and then gives me some errors... weird!

Edit: Just as I post this... - Looks like I'll be waiting for a while.

Okay so now nexusmods works just fine and I managed to install the Mod Manager, the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, Safety Load and "BOSS". Effect? Absolutely none. I tried putting everything on low/off, I tried playing in windowed mode, I tried turning off the community in-game thingy... nothings seems to work. I managed to go down further the dungeon by constantly quick saving when killing someone but that's not what I call a game "playable". I'm going to post a thread at nexusmods' forum and see if anyone there knows what to do but just decided to give you an update. Still, thank you to everyone who tried to help!!

Did you actually use BOSS to clean/order your mods?

Try removing all the mods and moving past that area before reactivating them.
