About steam trades/mobile authenticator

hello people im new on this new steam trades system.
i want to buy a game for cs go keys on the steamtrades forum. i just activated steam guard mobile authenticator...
if i buy cs go keys can i trade them at the moment? where i have to buy them? (csgo shop or community market?)

You have to have the steam guard mobile authenticator activated for at least 7 days to be able to trade instantly. You can buy them anywhere you want (but inside the cs:go game they'll be cheaper), but the keys will be untradable for 7 days, no matter what.

cheapest way to get keys is through paypal or bitcoin.
