I was just wondering.

You know how some give-aways are complete packs of a certain game, are you allowed to enter them if you only have the base game? For example I recently won The Dungeon of Dregmor, am I allowed to enter the complete packs for this game or not? Also if I was to win it was there anyway I could only accept the add ons or are they one big wammo deal?

Haven't seen anything like this in rules or forum so just wondering.

also, all hail the quiche!

It is up to the gifter to decide this,

But no you cannot pick and choose what you accept.

buts its not against the rules? I just want to make sure. I normally don't enter the collection packs though unless they contain a lot of add ons I lack.

If it's allowed, the gifter will usually say so in the description.

My personal opinion is that entering something like that would not be cool, I would wait for someone to make a dlc giveaway. But that's just me.

I say its a dick move to enter a giveaway for a complete pack just to grab 1 dlc.

Well rules say: "Don't enter giveaways for games you already own".

There is no real canon about packs though and sg leaves it up to the gifters to decide it.

But I say don't enter and just wait for a dlc giveaway or buy it yourself. I mean, this one is really cheap and will be like 70 cent on summersale.
