I was interested in The Cat Lady at one time, but forgot about it. I'll give it a second look, since you speak so highly of it :)

Oh, sad that I don't like to write reviews (because they are accessible on your profile and some reviews can get quite personal so its not my thing - just the fact that anyone that sees your account can see it), but my thoughts are very similar to yours.
I'm curious to see who will comment here tho. Its such an underrated game, people don't talk much about it, and its nice to find people who seems to like it as much as I did. I hope that with the Downfall remake the dev gets the recognition he deserves, and perhaps even attract more people to play The Cat Lady!

Nice, I didn't know that and I can wholeheartedly agree, Cat Lady is an amazing game :D

Umh, how can I be white listed? I don't write reviews, but I liked the Cat Lady a lot and I also bought and played the original Downfall on Desura.

I loved The Cat Lady. The game really got me into the point and click genre. I kind of miss the original style of Downfall. The way the backgrounds and characters were drawn made the game really creepy.

Cool giveaway, might as well try my luck.
I believe I meet the mentioned requirements - I registered about a year ago and you can find my Cat Lady review here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/StopMuroTime/recommended/253110

My minimalist review is http://steamcommunity.com/id/atles1/recommended/253110/
The playtime is a bit misleading as I played the GOG-version and only briefly tried the steam version later.
I also have Downfall on GOG, so not sure if there's much point in going for the remake? Unless the original is made in a horrble engine or something liks that...

I have been interested in The Cat Lady for a while. It's a wishlisted title, but I have not bought it yet. I did not know of Downfall, but it looks interesting as well. Thanks for the giveaway. Will check both out some day!

Wow! To my wishlist, I voted yes in greenlight and I'm waiting for it.
I wrote a review about a year ago, but Steam decides no publicate it and I lost everything... ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Now, with the release of Downfall in Steam close, I write again a new review (in Spanish)
For me, The Cat Lady it's the best indie game I ever played.

I already mentioned it in the past that I consider The Cat Lady to be the best game I played in recent years (you can read my Steam review here. So you can already guess how excited I am that another game in the same universe - Downfall - is about to be released. This is a remake of a 2009 game by the same name, with many changes and improvements.
Anyone on my whitelist and favorite groups can join. I'd also like to include users who played the The Cat Lady and liked it enough to write a review on Steam. If you meet this requirement, leave a comment with a link to your review and I'll send you an invite (for a temporary group called Plan B). Needless to say your profile here should be clean (no unactivated or multiple wins, no negative trade ratio) and you need to have registered earlier than Feb 2016.
The giveaway is here. It will end on February 16, on the same day the game is released.
Good luck! :-)
