This seems to be another one of those "read my mind" puzzles. I just tried 14 different answers for Q1, all of them correct answers, but none of them were what the OP wanted. Of course, there were other answers I might have tried, but I had to assume the OP said "What is..." instead of "What does..." for a reason, so that narrows it down a bit due to rules of grammar. Of course, it's possible the OP is using incorrect grammar.... Usually, the equal sign isn't included.
As for Q2, there's not enough information to do more than guess blindly.

Lol, well i guess it is a little hard, so here is my deal. I need to sleep now, but once i wake up and there are less than 15 solvers, then i will post a very nice hint here. If there are more than 15, the hint isn't going to be as nice.

Because I listen to the demands of the people, here is the bad hint for number 2... but when combined with the good hint i really hope u get it lol. Also... this new hint helps with number 1 a little, or it might make you more confused :P oh, hint for number 1 on the second hint is on the left side.
