The region-lock is 100% on Bethesda...in fact, they point out a law at the store-page, which allows us to import and own an uncensored copy for private use, which makes this whole thing even more mind-boggling.

Of course i'm going to commit a crime, if i'm importing TNO uncut and going around showing it to people.
However, not a single word about getting in trouble for importing it "for the purpose of private use only". Neither in §86 or §86a.
Bethesda would have already gotten their buttocks sued to oblivion (no pun intended), if §86a would mean what you think it means (edit: I've also made that mistake of overlooking "for distribution" at some point), because you can import TNO and play it uncut just fine on consoles, simply because they can't force a lock. (Though, i've heard at least the XBOX360 version is locked, not 100% sure about that, tho.)

Compra a traves de third parties, fijate dinasty store es argentina la pagina pero si tenes tarjeta compras tranquilo, tienen mejores precios que en steam a veces... por decirte el cs:go esta 7,50 en steam y en dinasty esta a 62 (siendo que el dolar es 10 pesos aproximadamente)

El origen de los juegos es desconocido (puede que sean keys robadas, como puede que no). Si ellos te pueden vender un juego a $5, lo más probable es que tú puedas conseguirlo mas barato (por algo ellos tienen el poder de venderlo a ese precio), etc. Hay varios artículos que hablan sobre G2A y el "gray market" por si quieres echarle una mirada.
Comprarle a alguien de Brasil o México es un tanto distinto, tú compras por pedido un juego en formato gift, sabes exáctamente cuánto está pagando tu vendedor por el juego y cuánto le vas a dar de comisión, y además estás comprando un juego del cual conoces el origen, así que al menos en ese caso lo veo como algo mas "limpio".

Y por eso te digo que si ellos pueden vender a esos precios, es porque lo consiguieron mas barato de otro lado. Por ejemplo el CSGO (http://steamdb.info/app/730/) que dices, si en dinasty está a 62 pesos ($6.2?) en Steam está a $7.49, pero en Brasil está a $3.31, México $4.52, incluso hasta en Chile está mas barato: $5.26. Si te buscas a alguien de Brasil, seguramente te va a cobrar unos $4 como máximo por el juego.

I never heard about it. It is actually a great suggestion cause for a time now I've been thinking about playing more other kind of themes in RPGs instead of only medival/fantasy (which I love, by the way), I was thinking that it was cool that it was modern themed, in a city and etc, then I saw this and now I'm considering even more:

Thats great! Loved the atmosphere of Frozen State. I Shall Remain's gameplay looks better, tho! Which is understandable, as it looks like its more action based. Will do more research on these, perhaps I pick the one on sale, cause I already wish-listed the others. Thanks! :D

i shall remain is great (i get it for free though)
too bad there's achievement to complete game once with each class (not that dfferent too) and no retroactive difficulty unlock (ive played hard, but easy still locked...)
also the companion AI is suzck, dont know about now though, havent played again
other than that it's a solid game (quite easy if stick to ranged weapons too)
