Every stinking day now I get one or two "invites" on Steam - always level 0 peeps and always private profiles. Becoming really annoying now - I wish Steam would add a setting that lets you simply block ALL friend requests based on user set criteria, like Steam Level, Public/Private profile, years on Steam, etc.

Yessss! >~< allowing only those who meet a certain criteria to add you would be so helpful.

No, you can get lvl 5 doing almost nothing, you can easily put your profile public and years fly very fast.

Setting your profile private or friends only might stop that depending on the exact reason. Not like you lose anything by doing that so might as well try.

They've made me so paranoid that I don't even know whether to accept random friend requests anymore. @.@
