Depends on personal taste. Some are hidden object games, so if you don't like these they might not be for you. (I like them.)
Here's a link to the discussion of the bundle at GOG, which has some personal opinions from people who played them. (Link is directly to the first of these.)

Out of the ones I've played on CD-ROM I found Silver Earring the best, and Awakened 2nd best. Nemesis wasn't as good but it is supposed to be better than Mystery of the Mummy. Hound (Hidden Object Game) gets pretty good reviews so if you don't mind HOGs then that I'm sure is worth it, but Persian Carpet's reviews aren't so great. Can't really comment about Dracula.

Best Sherlock Homes game in my opinion: Lost Files of Sherlock Holmes: The Case of the Serrated Scalpel

I'll go with Silver Earing, Awakened, and Nemesis.
Baskerville and Persian Carpet are Hidden Objects Games, so I won't mind them, except if you're a casual gamer in the genre. But you'll miss all the pleasure of dialogs and adventure you'll find in the other games.
From what I've read, Mummy is horrible and oldish, even when it came out.
Dracula Origin has great puzzles, but lacks in his scenario and dialogs.

I hope The Testament of Sherlock Holmes will find a way into the bundle, though I really doubt it ^^ other than that I probably would and maybe will take The Awakened, Nemesis and The Silver Earring

Mystery of the Mummy is the worst one by far. I would vote for Jack the Ripper as the best one of the Sherlock games. I haven't played that Dracula game yet, nor any of the hidden object games.

I played most of them and i can say Dracula origin is the best one in my opinion.

Im thinking about pulling the trigger on Nemesis, silver earing, awakened and dracula

Of those in the bundle list, I'd pick Nemesis and The Awakened. The Hound and Persian Carpet are hidden objects games and I personally don't care for the genre. I haven't played the Dracula ones, I can't say anything about them.
Sadly the 2 most interesting are not in the bundle.
I played SH vs Jack the Ripper and I liked it. It's "easy" compared to "standard" adventure games, but I found it as good as reading SH's novels.
The Testament of SH also appears to be very interesting, but again it's not there... and the price is still too high for my wallet. :)
