Problem Activating DLC

Hey SGers,
I recently got Borderlands (2 Humble Borderlands - Beat The Average WW) + the DLC, but I can't seem to be able to activate the DLC.
It says ''Please first activate original game''. I have already installed borderlands 2, and played up till character creation, but the dlc won't activate. Any idea what went wrong?

Claptrap DLC is for borderlands 1 tho.

Is it 1 key for all ?

If its 1 key for ALL the DLCs ... then yeah you might need borderlands 1 :/

I don't know if I'm following you. Can you activate the headhunter DLCs or you can't find those?

Oh ok, I understood. I have no idea if they'll force you to have BL1 to activate the headhunters. However, in that bundle Borderlands 1 and the rest of the DLC were included in the TIER 1, tier 2 was CLaptrap's revolution. It was a shitty move from 2k to force people to buy tier 2.

So... If you bought that bundle, you'll have BL1. Or you just traded tier 2. Then I don't know.

well, i got it on steamtrades. didnt get the full bundle, only BL2 + that dlc. so I don't have BL1 :c
I guess it's solved then. I need BL1. thanks for help

Yeah, it was that Bundle which had rather wierd Tiers. Until a few weeks ago I had a spare T1 but I traded it for Mordheim.
