I guess the site only runs a "distribution" script every X minutes - maybe it's also part of cg's latest optimizations?

Edit: if you open the giveaway you'll see a gray banner that says "The giveaway is now closed, and the random winners will be automatically selected in the next few minutes."

It's a conspiracy.
Mods go throug the entries and choose the one who paid them the most as a winner.

When this occurs, just give it some time. The function to pick winners runs every few minutes so you will get a winner announced, eventually.

Actually, just noticed that a winner has been picked already.
