I don't know why people blacklist me, I try to be polite and friendly as much as I can on forums and in giveaways, I try to give to the community as much as I can, but I can't please everyone and I won't.
I sometimes blacklist people for their really bad ratio. Unblacklist them when it gets better.

A person who wins more than one giveaway made by the same creator happens. Also there is no guideline for blacklisting. You can blacklist anyone at your will and the same for everyone. I can blacklist you right now(I won't) for no reason at all. Also, you seem to have been on a hiatus for a long time. You registered a year ago.

It does, giving more chance for other people. Just BL back and don't think about it, wait week or two maybe you are BL for that reason :)
Number 1 for me is be part of some steam group... Don't get upset, there are stupid people on SG. I just checked, my BL have 1 leecher 0GA 50+W and 6 return favor :) I'll probably delete leecher because I will not make GA for 1,2 and 3 lvl only if some event requires.

I BL winners if they have a bad ratio, if they fix it i unblacklist them.
I don't really care what games they give away as long as they don't do region lock giveaways more then 25% or their total sent and a normal ration of 85% positive.

I blacklist people who break the rules or are just plain mean. Right now its up to 68 people. My blacklist is mostly re-gifters who never correct their own problem, or makers of fake giveaways. I always try my best to keep track of them for a while to see if they fix their own mistake though. I don't want to blacklist them if I don't have to.
As for why you were blacklisted, sometimes people blacklist users who have already won a giveaway from them to make sure you can't win twice and give others a better chance. So it could be something like that.

So I won a few games (probably from some train or massive GA's), activated keys and wanted to say "thanks", but... it turned out that creator blacklisted me. Why? I don't know. I have never broke the rules, I've never cheated and I don't think that I'm a "leecher". So why?

EDIT: There was some issue with SGTools or something and some people, that joined those unlucky GA's has been blacklisted. But the case is resolved now, creator apologized and unblacklisted us :)
