It's been three days with this error. It either says "No Internet Connection" or "Content Servers Unreachable".

I tried all the things on the suggested webpage, close client and open again, clear download cache, chose another download server, reinstalling steam, updating OS, restarting router. Nothing works.

I only have this error with the PC, if i user Steam Deck there is no other error, tried with other computer and still no error.

Of course the computer have internet connection, i can go through the store, steamcommunity, etc... but i'm unable to download anything.

Is there some kind of VPN/proxy/... software on the PC that does not work?

Did you change or install anything just before Steam downloads stop working?

No new software was installed and there is no active VPN service in the computer.

Steam guard also shows login info with correct IP and location, only affects Steam downloads. Didn't get any connection error message in other services.

did you try it with other games or just this one? maybe the games servers are at fault here?

Happens with all the games. Really small size games installed but other like this one can't finish because it stops download midway or doesn't even start.

Reinstalling steam was kinda dumb becuase now the games are gone and i can't download everything again.

Did you delete all local game files? If not, can't you tell Steam to search for already installed games?

Did you try to clean the download cache in the steam client settings?

Maybe try to open cmd.exe and do ipconfig /flushdns

Yeah, cache clear, clear install on steam and flush dns also. Restarted the router also with no luck. Only thing i have left is remove mi fixed IP address and restart again.

Did you try to change your download location, maybe somethin there is blocking it based on your location. Or maybe set a certain download speed, could be your router is blocking it since it's going over or something.

Look for the model of the ethernet port that is in your motherboard's manual guide. The other way to find the model is type in Device Manager in Windows search, then go to Network Adapters sub-section. Likely an ethernet port made by Intel which needs a driver update. For example, my ASUS B550-A motherboard uses Intel I225-V Ethernet controller.

My other suggestion is to perform DNS flushing in Windows Command program.

Not a solution but you can download to your SD then local transfer over to your PC? At least till you can fix this.

you can also start a remote download on your local machine using the steam app, but i guess it gives the same error

what about changing the download region? change your DNS server? quite a strange problem

Already changed to different regions but got same error. This morning seems to work, let's see how much time holds like this.

I am no expert whatsoever, so maybe my idea is bonkers -- maybe the server you are downloading from is down? Settings/Download/Download Region? Probably not....

Cheers!

Someone said reinstalling steam worked.

Steam is constantly bugging me giving error 15 while making guides or editing them, or with certain reviews (while others work), steam being steam.
