The winner has redeemed my gift, but not marked it received. How do I proceed?
- If your gift has been activated or redeemed by the winner, and they have not left feedback after seven days, please create a support ticket to request received feedback. A support member will review and ticket, and if the gift is activated on the winner's Steam account, approve the ticket and update the feedback to received.

words...is it to hard to lock in the FAQ first? You could have an answer right away..better as to post in the forums and showing that you where not able to read the FAQ in 3 months since you registered... :)

Hello two weeks ago i sent a key steam for this giveaway: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/PW0vI/titan-attacks
buy i noticed today an X on this giveaway as NOT RECEIVED! but is false because i see the user with this game activated two weeks ago (on your steam library) and when i attempt to ADD him on STEAM the USER don't ADD me! For see the winner just click on http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/PW0vI/titan-attacks and see your profile!... I'm sure the key is send to this user and if try to use the key is USED so.. i don't understood why i have a red vote.. all 30 my gift is checked green. But i remeber the check is green one week ago!
