Being rare does not automatically make something desirable. Check previous sales to figure out what people are actually willing to pay.

If you're using the market, keep your price reasonable and don't be too greedy. Just because it has sold for a certain price in the past doesn't mean it will again. Also the Knight is rare, but not that rare, so keep that in mind too.
