The mods are getting through a huge backlog of tickets and they will eventually get to yours. I don't think making more tickets for the same issue is going to help. Just be patient...

I created ticket about month ago and they answer me just ysterday :S
Basically it's by priority...if you want to change your name (so as myself) its gonna take a while...a month or somthing like that
And if you reported about a person or about a giveaway its not going to be more then 2 weeks...(Im not sure in 100% but still...that's what they said to me in the ticket...)

normal ticket: created 1 month ago, resolved 1 day ago.
Just wait, they need to make up a lot, but they are doing really well. The resonse time will be shorter for sure!

I created one over a week ago (due to a giveaway where after sending the key by mail the winner didn't answer my emails, accept me on steam, activate the game or mark it as received) and I got no response at all, is that normal?
Should I keep waiting? create another ticket? I explained everything in the first one and linked a screenshot with the emails I sent and dates.
It isn't anything urgent or very important, but is annoying having that "not received" there when I sent the game as soon as the giveaway ended.
