Unfortunately, we have run out of keys for LEGO The Hobbit and we apologize for that.
Although it's temporary, we don't have an ETA for receiving a new batch of keys. Would you like to wait even so? Or prefer a refund?

I bought the LEGO Bundle for a friend from Nuuvem a month or so ago, and both LEGO LotR and LEGO The Hobbit keys were invalid. Sent them a ticket and got no response. Gave my friend the order number and he contacted them as well, and he said he got a response, and that they said new keys were available on the order page. Checked, and they were the same invalid keys. To this day we still have not gotten keys for them that worked.
I won't be buying from Nuuvem again xD

Hello guys, last month I bought Mordor Bundle from nuuvem, a bundle that included Shadow of Mordor, Guardians of MIddle Earth, War in the North and LEGO Hobbit & Lord of the Rings. All of the games were fine, except LEGO Hobbit, when I open it in my library I get a "Key not generated". I check on their store page and the game is available, which means that they still have keys of the game. I am not brazilian therefore I can't speak with their support as it is brazilian-only. What can I do?
