It isn't Gotham City Impostors Free to Play: Professional Impostor Kit, it is Gotham City Impostors Free to Play: Professional Kit which includes Gotham City Impostors Free to Play: Professional Impostor Kit and a whole lot more!
That is a lot of DLC's!!!
