When I search the market for Resident Evil Revelations, there are two booster pack entries for the same game. One shows as 0.19 USD per item, the other - 0.35 USD. When I open the second one's page it shows, that the cheapest one is 1.47 USD. Does anyone have an idea what's going on?

I don't know. When I open the pages, they both say "Resident Evil Revelations / Biohazard Revelations Booster Pack". The price change in the second one is even more confusing.

Well, one's Russian a Cyrillic language Bulgarian (learn something new every day...), the other's English... Perfectly normal Valve logic there.

Maybe they're trying to introduce regional pricing / region locks for booster packs, along with the usual price glitches ?

Sometimes items do not translate, as it seems. I've seen this before, but the double entries are new for me.
And that's Bulgarian btw. :)

And you can bet we're proud of it! St. Cyril and Methodius's Bulgarian students Clement, Naum and Sava were among the ones who created the Cyrillic.

He's not. He and his brother Methodius are Byzantines, their disciples are Slavs.

One of my economics professors once said "If I see you buying tomatoes from one market stand, but you can get them for two cents cheaper a few meters away, you are getting F on the exam and that's final!".

Really? What if the time to walk those few meters means you can work slightly less and therefore earn less money. And the amount you would earn less is three cents.....

You have a point there! lel
That man was crazy. Another time he was explaining about the behavior of the reasonable consumer (I can't remember if this is the proper English term) and he gave this example: "Lets say I have a million bucks, what would I do with them? This girl in the front row has great tits (points at girl), but as much as I like them, I wouldn't give all my money to her because of them. That means I'm a reasonable consumer. On the other hand, she would have taken them, even if she is not a whore, because that's a MILLION BUCKS and she is also a reasonable consumer. If I had a couple of billions, we would both be happy, but alas!"

Other were listed before this and other after. While in market, items do not update. They will update once someone buys it.

Best example is those mystery cards.

It gets better. The prices on steam are all in various currencies, though you see only your native one if you're logged in. This, due to rounding in price conversion, can lead to such stupid things like steam deciding less is more demanding up to 10% cut in your offer to beat lucky currency:
