Steam are taking the mickey with all this server stuff happening all the time. The amount of revenue they take and yet they have the customer support level of a 1 man band business. Seriously, Origins support is second to none - hell you can even SPEAK to customer support!

they definitely can. Cisco sells the kind software that stops it in 10 to 60 minutes max in a variety of prices starting at 5k dollars.
As long as you control the data center (i believe Steam has its own), you are invulnerable to this kind of attacks

Steam Community down. Seriously, what are they thinking? They're already the biggest on the market so they can piss on their customers? First with horrible support and now this? For the past week Steam's been down daily for a few hours every day. It's ridiculous.

Yeah is working really bad since some days ago, now im in the client and when i move to Store, says: Join or Log In to see a personalized recomendations, it show me the store as if im not log in (like in a browser) -.-!

Always having to log-in again. I can't even access steam discussions D: I was wondering why suddenly i couldn't view Group GAs ... I was surprised as I was scrolling down my activity feed and I saw I had notification's from Group """" .

Having similar problems currently. Lets me activate/buy games, but asks me to log in (unsuccessfully) whenever I try to access my notifications, inventory, groups, live feed, or profile ...
