It doesn't have bad scores, but was it SiN? iirc that was supposed to have more episodes than it does and was sort of re-released recently (just both episodes packed together).
edit: Possibly Scourge? That was supposed to episodic at one point but "failed due to overwhelmingly negative reception" according to Wikipedia, but it's third person.

Hmm could fit but all episodes are released :/ and I've played Cognition xD First episode was very buggy but picked up finally at the end, wish they'd gone back and smoothed out the beginning hours.

Went through it but maybe this game isn't on it, I'm sure said game is on Steam but maybe not well known enough? Surprisingly Unearthed: Trail of Ibn Battuta even has a wiki page though xD

Yeah it could fit, but it's all released and I actually enjoyed it, once getting past the buggy first episode (may be fixed I'm not sure though)

Icon has a woman. Has 4 episodes or something and 1 or 2 of them are out currently.
Again, the game seems to be very low quality and AI is bad or something. First person iirc.
