You can always request a reroll, it'll depend on whether the suspension was served or not. If it hasn't then that person will get suspended for X amount of days (i believe it's 3 days for each non activated game but can't remember for sure) and the game will be rerolled automatically, if it has been served then yep, you've got to send the game to that person

Yes, you can. I have done things like this numerous times and the re-roll were granted as long as the winner didn't serve suspensions for those infractions. This year I have had success with 2014 or even 2013 infractions.

Hi all, I have a winner who has 7 non-activated within the past year, but none of the non-activated within the past month. Most recent non-activated was 2 months ago.
Do I need to send the gift, or is this something I can request reroll for? This is the second recent situation like this that has come up with one of my giveaways. thanks,
