it is i bought my fifa 14 there didnt had any problems. you do need a vpn for the purchase tho because you dont get ea games from nuuvem if you are not in south america. but you dont need the vpn to redeem the key on origin.

i just used a proxy ip list then took the ip and port put it into my FF and tried 5-6 ip´s from teh list till it worked
