It's really not more than putting it in sleep-modus.
And next to that your pc must have power all the time. When it loses power it loses all information and booting will be done normally.
It shouldn't create much of a problem when doing, but I'd recommend doing it normally. The difference will be small.

I just reinstalled my windows and installed all of the drivers. One of them is called ASRock InstantBoot. I was wondering if anyone uses it and if it can cause any problems. I have an ssd so it allready boots up fast, but i heard that it boot 4 seconds faster. Thanks for the answers and sorry for my english :D
