I can't find this costume DLC for Tales of Zestiria in PSN, I can't find it in Steam too!

Attachments Set and School Costume Set were released today (not the ones that you want)
I think they're releasing one or two DLC per week. That's what I understand from here (probably spoilers but there's a big alert before) http://blog.talesofgame.com/en/school-costumes-and-attachments-in-tales-of-zestiria/
