I can't enter giveaway because I've won same game twice.(Not my fault, they both ended at same time, but I told second giveaway creator to reroll and declined his gift.)
It's not like I activated both of them or stole another ._. is there any way I can pass requirements now?

If you declined the second one's gift, you shouldnt have marked it as received

I didn't mark it as received, Support told me to mark it as not received, so I did.
But, the thing is, that it still appears in my Won game list, and people misunderstand, aswell this sgtools.info too, it flagged my account for winning multiple games, and now I can't enter these giveaways...

Hmm that's weird, maybe SG tools just looks for multiple games in won list without differentiating between received and not received GAs.
