Yep, not sure where he sees the sarcasm either. Sorry, I'm not sure what you could do, beside editing your review...
Good luck with it:)

I think he means the sarcasm that the one dev used in the thread you linked to. Pretty unprofessional, IMO.

I saw their post recently and I don't buy it. There is a post in early October about the price drop yet they didn't say anything. I think this is just a PR cover up tbh.

I can't see how to set up a sale so I can't comment on how hard it is but from looking at this:
http://www.pcgamer.com/new-steam-tools-allow-developers-to-set-their-own-discounts-plan-sales/

It looks extremely obvious and easy.

Well they may be very well telling the truth but its an odd story. The game was released on steam for 26.99 (it was on humblebundle for 29.99 for 2 months it seems). They then lower the price to 15.99. Two weeks the price goes up to 17.99, then to 16.49, and eventually to the state its at now of 29.99 with 45% off.

So their prices have been erratic. I also believe I saw a 10% discount after the first price drop, but I'm not certain. My biggest question is, why increase the price to 29.99 and discount it 45% off when they had the base price at 26.99 for 9 months or so.

E: I'm still interested in the game, but not in the state its at. I'll be waiting until its a more finished product.

well, its hard to judge if they are honest with that. Such price manupulation is always a bummer if done on purpose : /
But if they are honest and I understood right, they going to change the price back to the higher value after the sale. If they did say the truth about the pricing mistake.

However if they changed the price for good your review isn't fitting anymore. For now I would edit it and add the issue with the pricechange.
Hopefully the devs add a bit more info on it.
I was really looking forward to the game, but right now the bugs make it hard to play :(
I'm not sure if they can really justify such a price for this gamestate.

Well, 2 things.

1) The <helpful> votings position your review at the top, and it's justified -- as far as I've seen you're always very objective and fair (and literally helpful) with your reviews. And so I think, what you say (including the now updated info) is right where it belongs.

2) I guess we can't really prove what truly happened on the devs side, but I think in this case we don't need to. In the end, pricing is always a dev/publisher decision. However, what we can do (and have to) is to decide if the price is okay for us. So reading your review, I guess it boils down to the simple question: do the updates justify the higher price tag?

To sum it up, don't worry too much about your review. It was well-written before, it still is now. Others have to decide if they want the game.
