Wired!, the EA sale is not available for me at all!!!.
Is it regional locked??

Saw it pop up from gg.deals and I was tempted but then I saw it was origin. And therein lies the problem I have with all the other launchers. It's illogical that at that price I should mind what platform it is, but i just know if I have it on origin I'm probably never going to play it because steam is always open and I have so many games on there installed and ready to be played. We are such creatures of habit some times.

The one bright side to that habit, is that by the time you break down enough of the steam backlog to consider using other launchers, the prices of a lot of titles should have dropped substantially too.
I mean, assuming you're strong enough to defeat the backlog. I've heard of only a handful of brave souls who ever managed that feat.

The backlog is a hydra and I'm no Heracles, but we soldier on, cutting off heads as another three pop up elsewhere.

Need For Speed: The Run is tempting at $4.39, I will admit. Of course I already have countless racing games sitting in my backlog... but the idea of racing my way across the USA sounds pretty appealing. Actually owning a FIFA game is an interesting idea also, I usually just play them through Origin Access EA Play.
EDIT: it's a little weird that the poll options are "I already bought something" and "I will not buy anything." What about "hey thanks for the heads up, I am going to buy something"?

Need For Speed: The Run is not bad. The idea of racing through the various USA locales is quite fun with several favorites presenting themselves already (snowy Rockies, autumn Great Lakes/Forest). Luckily the B-story does not interfere too much with the racing, although there are a few sections later on where you and your car will be shot at (intensively).

I'm going to wait to see if the latest SimCity comes to steam and goes on a decent sale.

For Humble Bundle you have to link your Origin account to purchase.
