It's not from a bundle but it's a CD-key...it's not exploited though, as I just got it for completing a game. What should I do?

Ask support for a close. Might take a while, though. Change the giveaway description. Tell everyone the winner won't get anything and it will be closed. Also, give it away on the forums/a friend.

If it's from the Heist app that is giving away keys OR a bundle, I'm pretty sure it's fine. But I suggest giving it away on forums or make it a group/contributor.
