Ah, yes. The moment the flood from people breaking the Groupees TOS started, I thought that if the number includes also bundle games, then we'll be over $2,000,000 before it ends. Well, celebration time, I guess, yippee. Pesonally, I'd gladly have waited for that milestone a bit longer. (Or is that number already bundle-adjusted, as are the numbers on user profiles? In that case, much heartier yippee and a :-) as well.)

They are not breaking any TOS. I personally asked the support and they said that its fine to give away or trade the keys!

Really? Interesting. From this side of the Groupees TOS, it looks like their support and their legal department have a difference of opinions.
The Service is only for sales of products or product rights (collectively, "Products") to end user customers for their personal, non-commercial use.
I thought "Products" referred to the games, "end user customer" referred to the buyers, and "personal use" meant use by their person (and not some other). Did they say anything specific about the DRM-free versions? Such as "you can even buy the bundle, use the DRM-free version yourself and give the Steam key for the same game to somebody else"? (Also, I think HIB TOS contain a paragraph with basically the same wording, and their support, on the other hand, replied that giving away their keys is definitely not allowed by their TOS. Well, I'm confused. (In any case, this is probably not the best thread to discuss this.))

Technically, giving it away is a personal use. I have a thread with a list of bundles that allow or do not allow the giving away of individual keys. I also provide the screenshot of my chat with the support that said that it is ok to give it or trade it. The lines on TOS are just to prevent the resale of the keys on other site.
