Happened to me too. When on a community page, click the link in the top-right corner next to your picture - it should say your Steam account name then whatever account is in Korean. Hover over the 3rd option in the drop-down box that appears then choose English. :)
This is what it looks like in English, but it's the same buttons in Korean.

So I need some help reffering to the browser steam community. Whenever I go on it's in KOREAN. It was all alright untill I viewed a scammer's profile which many people said it's in Korean and since then it was no longer English. The store, news and everything else is ok. I even tried www.steamcommunity.com/?cc=us and it didn't work either. So before I go to steam support I'd like to see some help from here.
