RO2: Heroes of Salingrad from GMG = RO2: Heroes of Stalingrad GOTY on steam?

I got this game from GMG, I want to give it away on this site, but I don't know if they are the same things, or if there is an option for this game even though I thought the only option was GOTY version.

TL;DR: Is it wrong to giveaway this steam-key game from GMG under GOTY edition?
