You're not really meant to do any region restricted gifts full stop, because people are fucking stupid and enter anyway (my favourite example is when someone entered a group called "Poland" and then won, you guessed it, a Poland-restricted key, then bitched about how they didn't know). Still, at this point, with this key, I don't care. Go for it.

I bought it at gamestop and it said "worldwide" but as per reddit game deals discussion it is restricted to the following countires:
US, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Panama, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezulea, Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, and Ecuador.
