I had some sort of issue when I went to pay for a few items preventing me from completing the order properly. They then sat in my account saying something about manual authorization or something like that, then by the next day it was saying cancelled and the bundles/specials had ended. So I sent a ticket straight away to see if it was possible to resolve it.

I never saw that button until now, I just did it from the support page, I'm thinking they didn't get it either as I don't seem to have had a confirmation email. I'll give that a go, thanks.

Only had course to contact them once. Received an automated reply initially, saying what their business hours were and it was actually outside of their hours at the time. Despite that they emailed me back after around half an hour and solved my problem. Could only rate that as positive customer support.

I can't remember whether or not I got that automated email but searching my email now brings up no results for it.

Anyone know what Bundle Stars support is like? I submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back yet. I understand that it could possibly take a bit longer due to Christmas but I'm just curious. Also I don't seem to have any record of my ticket, is it possible to view it? I can't find anything on their website and I have no emails to do with it.
