Is Interstellar Marines in a playable state yet?

An on-line friends of 7+ years gave me this game today and I want to know if I should download now and play or wait til more updates to make the game playable.
I love FPS/TPS and RPG games and co-op is always a plus.
Please only reply if you have the game and played it recently, don't copy and paste bad or good reviews from others.

They recently added more foundation stuff which only means a lot for them tbh, give it another year before they start adding campaigns. Until then it's just gonna be more and more features being added without much substance for the player.

The only thing they've added in months are new maps and the ability to crouch.
It's still just a team deathmatch mode with only one gun.
