all of them. if there is an RU/CIS version there then I would imagine there is a huge chance (if not now then at some point soon) that they will all be region locked. It just makes sense.
But if you want to risk it and get screwed over later (which is VERY likely) then go for it

Both editions are locked. Although the lock only affects the ability to purchase the game.

At least the Deluxe is not locked as a gift. It has no tags in the description but if you activate it it says in you account history RU+CIS.

Both standard and deluxe versions of the game have a different AppID in the Russian store. This means that there is a chance that they might become region-locked upon release. However, none of the previous AC games were region-locked, so maybe the tradition will continue.

Hi everyone. I want to buy Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag. Some traders sell it for a very good price.
Assassin's Creed IV standard has ru+cis tag, but a russian trader said Deluxe Edition has no tags.
I heard this. "There's been at least one occasion when the game with a RU tag became region-locked retroactively. Aliens: Colonial Marines Preorder RU was region free up until the release day; when the game was released they locked the RU copies. This meant that people who activated the RU preorder in other regions were unable to play the game."
Are any previous Assassin's Creed games region locked? Can i buy and activate standard (with ru+cis tag) or deluxe (without tag) without problems?
