I was hesitant since well $18 bucks sounds too cheap, but i bought it anyway. Key worked fine and it does give you a RU version and the english one. Just wanted to let you all know that it worked for me anyway.

Are you able to play it? That's the question that most needs to be answered, since there have been reports of people being able to add both versions to their library but not being able to play either.

The publisher change again his minds. The RU Retail version can't be activate outside of Russia! If you try to this with a VPN connection, you violate against the SSA and maybe get ban to your Steam account! Don't buy a cheap Borderlands 2 cdkey from any net shop from same reason!
Borderlands 2 Season Pass (Steam-версия) get a green light! If you buy now get the DLC's both for Russian and Worldwide version! Don't buy it if you have a non Russian edition Borderlands 2 base game!

If you purchase from Russia Steam Store, you get a region restricted version! You need purchase (retail version) from a legal Russian game shop!
