That's why I prefer to hand over the games personally, no matter if it's a gift or a key.
Anyway: Mail him, keep trying to contact him via Steam and if he does not redeem the game within 7 days after he won, create a support ticket with screenshots that you've sent the game and that you've tried to contact him, the mods will take care of the rest.

That's why I don't like doing giveaways for people with no contributor value. Some of them either don't know how to use the site and how it works or are scammers.

Hello guys. My problem is that I made a Just Cause giveaway 4 days ago, added the winner on steam, sent him the game, but he won't reply to me. In the gift history is says that the game is redeemed, yet I can't see it in his inventory, and he won't reply to anything I write him. Thanks for help in advance! :)
