They reseted the system, and while I much prefer the old one, now you can farm so much ARP daily that if you were already a master level, you'll get to tier 4 very quickly.

Yeah, there was very little incentive to keep using your account in the old system. At least now it seems like they are actually using the tiers, like baldurs gate 3 being a tier 5 game.

No, when they changed the ARP system i had enough ARP to star being tier5 and now is really easy getting more ARP every day.

Twitch quest every day with artifacts equipped, the daily quest and discord quest. That's the fastest way right now (and right now i am in the top30 of the leaderboard).

Level 30 in the old system is just 2nd tier. There were 30 more levels for each "level-up".

Not sure why one would be level 0 now unless you inadvertently started a new account?

Yeah that really strange. The only things I can think of is what you've mentioned about inadvertently starting a new account, or the ARP on the account was removed due to exploiting.

New system is basically that there are now "items" you can upgrade over time that make ARP easier to get. Essentially, they have made the cap on how much ARP you can gain much higher depending on how much you use the account, as opposed to the old system that meant after like 6 months you could get as much ARP as super old accounts because the cap was a lot lower. All of this was done to encourage people to stick to one account long-term
