Likely you gave away titles that were bundled but not yet in the bundle list. All value related to those is changed from the date the game was bundled.

Two of your games are awaiting feedback. You are at $92.60 CV where level 4 is $99.99. If both the games were marked as received still you wont reach $99.99 as they are bundled. So I guess it was an error but this will make you reach level 4 for sure.
