No, I don't have them. But I do have questions.

How does a game get listed as a exploited game? I know you can't post beta keys unless you've run by the mods. What does a exploited game mean? :S

Also, I know I should probably open another thread for this, but heck, I don't want to open 2 threads in a row. If the day comes where I can afford a console, which should I get? Ps3 or xbox?

Just fyi, I don't know anything about those home based consoles, so please let me know which is the better one and why is it better. I do know that the games would cost at least RM100 (USD30) and above each. so, those that actually purchase originals, wow, just wow to you all.

I only know about psp and nintendo ds. :D

okay, thank you!

Exploited games are games that were exploited through some form of flaw from where they are promoted in vast amounts of copies

Oh. If someone suddenly decided to buy 50 copies of the same game and gave it away, is that considered exploited?

It's considered fishy.

Think!

One is bulk release of code found somewhere on internet for free, another is brought. Which one would you consider exploit?

"Exploited" basically means that there are a lot of illegitimate keys floating around - classic examples would be Dead Island or Dirt 3, both of which had massive numbers of keys leaked after hacks. They're disallowed because in addition to inflating contributor value, activating those keys can place the winner's Steam account at risk.

As far as consoles, I can't help you there. My most recent one is a Dreamcast.

Okay, that gives a clearer view. But did the hack thing really happened? o.o what's going on now with that? the person caught?

and lol, most recent is dreamcast. I had the one that you put in the game (tape?) on top, and you had to blow it each time it didn't work, I forgot the name. lol

Home console, for non-fanboys are the same. The big diference is that the ps3 is more media center than the xbox, at least with the bluray thingy and dunno about the 3d support on the xbox. So if you are into HD movies(bluray) get the ps3, other just check the list of exclusives games for each platform and choose the one that fits your taste.

Sadly you are mistaken PS3 got Blu Ray but with all that netflix, last fm type of aplication Xbox becomes more of a media center for XXI century ( you have all that online crap and no one buys movies now).
PS3 imho has better exclusives but xbox has better online and "small" games. Wii is another story with great lineup if you like Nintendo type of games or horrors.

Well, Microsoft is really pushing hard to make their Xbox line more of an all-in-one entertainment machine these days, what with things like Last.FM, Netflix, ESPN, HBO GO, Zune (music, movies, and TV shows; available for 24-hour license or permanent license), and the list goes on and they're only adding more. The only thing more media center-like about PlayStation these days is that they've got a Bluray drive, which is quite the ding on Microsoft's Xbox (their HD-DVD didn't quite pan out).

The consoles do have their own exclusives and if you're a Call of Duty fan (although rather shunned here on this forum), they disperse updates and maps to Xbox much more quickly, while Battlefield has taken a liking to PlayStation for giving content earlier than the other versions.

Also, you may want to think about if you want to spend $200+ for a console that's been around for years and years and new ones around the corner (maybe not quite, but pretty soon).
