I'm unable to create the giveaway. For some reason, the group appears without a name in my group options. It's selectable, but once I finish creating the giveaway, it's not added as a giveaway target. Does this have something to do with permissions, or should I create a separate thread to try to resolve the issue? At first, I thought this was an issue caused by ESGST, so I used a different browser, but that didn't make a difference.

I did and I deleted it, thinking it wasn't working because it had no group name. I will create it again.

Yeah seeing the same on my end too.
However you can still create the GA if you select it and confirm. During the review phase it's not showing anything because the group name is not registering for some reason. The GAs assigned to the group will still work as expected.

Are you sure you can see the name and not just the group tag "THTIP2024"? I can't see the name on SG or Steam either.

I had a very hard time just now, trying to create a giveaway for the group, I've never had this problem before. Of course it is hard to find the group name since there is no longer a name displayed. Ie, I go to steamgifts.com/giveaways/new to create a new giveaway, and under section 6. Who Can Enter, I could not find the group. I looked for it's icon, I looked for any group that matched the number of members. Only after I refreshed that page many times did I finally find it (icon only, no name).
Now I just tried to create another giveaway, and IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I can not find the group. I've refreshed the page many times, I've told steamgifts.com to "Sync my account" many times. The only thing I have not tried is to empty my browser cache, but right now it's dinner time, so I'll try that later.
Can we get the title for the group put back the way it used to be, please?

EDIT: I finally found it again, but it keeps moving around (maybe it confuses things by not having a title), so even when I can find it, it's not easy.

Yeah, when I do find it, it is somewhere near the top of the group list, but not always in the same place, and sometimes not at all, very weird. You could probably ask support to look at it and they might be able to fix the name for you so that it shows up, it's worth a try.
If they can't, I'll just keep doing giveaways whenever I can find the group. Thanks for your time. Have a nice night.

The group's name disappeared. it's really confusing and makes creating giveaways for this group neddlessly difficult. What happened?
And I have another question, if you'd kindly explain, that would be appreciated: Why are some people accepted into the group straight away, while others get a "test" marker? What's the criteria, please?

If you create the giveway and say: "Whitelist & Group only" just click on the picture / Group avatar / icon itself, I don't know what's more difficult now just because the name disappeared.

Have a normal ration in SG.
No monthly requirements (except for the first giveaway). Keep the value difference not lower than -50$ and of course, you can make as many giveaways as you want.

Regarding game quality NO GAMES LIKE TRIVIA VAULT or some expensive garbage, please. I plan to give away games in the future such as Disco Elysium, The Ascent, For The People, Sid Meier's Civilization® Beyond Earth™, Hidden Deep, Joggernauts, Still Life, Patch Quest, Spiritfarer, Meeple Station and more.
Sharing giveaways with other group and whitelist is allowed but with small groups and please keep balance.
