You are speaking about the giveaway that ended some hours ago?I saw it and i was pretty sure it was the beta key he won.....you can report him for regifting or for gifting beta keys...

It looks like you already marked as received though? :? When it doesn't pan out you should contact the person who gave it to you and ask them to sort it out. And if they can't/won't, then you mark it as not received when the option is available.
