in the worst case you have to reroll and wait one month or two for support...

Why are you so worried, it's only been a few hours...they could be sleeping, at work or anything like that

you get a popup message if you win a giveaway. and there is a little icon at the top border of this website indicating a win.

but i know what you mean, one of my giveaway winners doesn't react on emails or switch his giveaway an "recieved" although i sent it twice to him already.

when i giveaway steam gifts and send them via email the winner usually mark as received within max one day but i already noticed that usually public giveaways end up with users that don't read their email indeed, also most of those users don't know the rules which is a problem, that's mostly why i only create private / whitelist giveaways for the active community in here on the discussions
if you can't contact the winner within 7 days ask for a reroll, you don't need to handle the game "5 minutes" after the end of the giveaways, the winner may be sleeping, working, life problems, etc so you have to wait...

its really frustrating, i want level upp fast :| im wasting only my time xd
