Wow. One big change right? The same thing happened to me a few days ago:

Steam Database. You can change the default currency in this page.

Here you can see the base price, compared to other regions. As you can see, Witcher 3 in India costs a quarter of what it costs in UK store -- so one UK copy equals four Indian ones.

Cheapest games in my region. This will be useful for sales.

Rip-offs in my region. These games should be avoided in my region.

I'm also from Colombia and the same happened here.

Also I'm experimenting somethng odd with 100% Orange Juice. There were some rooms where I had friends playing with, but I could see the rooms for just a second and then it disappeared. Does something like this happened in any other game?

Then it was just the game acting funny. We'll see today what happens.

What it remains is knowing the prices for Bethesda and Ubisoft products, I suppose.

Whitelist contigo men XD

We also have South African Rand now. Games in general are much cheaper but man I wish the developers would add prices for our region. There are so many games with no prices that we can't buy.

If anyone would like we can start a campaign to let the developers know that their games aren't priced in our regions. Similar to what I did here:
http://steamcommunity.com/app/201810/discussions/0/496881136898340379/

Go to the games on your wishlist and either contact the developer or create a thread in the Discussion area. The more we let developers know the quicker we will get prices and hopefully we'll have more games to choose from come the next big sale.

That's just it though. It's up to the developers to add the new price.

For instance Desktop Dungeons which was made in South Africa didn't have a South African price but the developer was told and they added a price.

In cases where the prices haven't been added, the developer can be reminded to do so. I mean it's entirely possible for a developer to never price a game in your region. Whether they forget, just don't feel like it or whichever reason, it's up to a person to price the game.

Hardly the end of the world. Until/If Bethesda get around to fixing this, just buy the game from some other site at regular price, like GMG, GG, Amazon or whoever is selling Steam keys for it these days.

Actually it is not since some users purely use Steam Store for whatever reason. Prices are set by publishers usually depending on average national income of the country regardless of one's income.

PayPal is gone from most regionally price discounted countries whereas new payment methods introduced, so check yours. Also some of purchase disabled title will return whereas some won't ever since the publisher decides so on their will as seen from previous currency changes.

As many changes, it will have its ups and downs and usually all will settle down after a month or so without further changes.

Can't Columbians use Nuuvem anyway to buy at the cheap Brazilian prices? After all, I thought that entire SA is under a region lock.

I'm from Venezuela, I wish Gaven heard you, anyway some titles on nuuvem are Brazil only. En cuanto a los precios en pesos colombianos ojala se equilibren los precios, siempre que se cambian los precios a los de una region hay problemas (por que no cambian los precios en plan Rusia...).

almost same situation in Ukraine. Prise in USD, but region RU-CIS, in Russia price in RUB
when compare price in same currency RU and UA - difference betwen price - 2-3 times (in RU lower)
when compare UA and USA - difference 0-40% (same price or lower than in USA) SAME PRICE LIKE IN USA !!!!!
it must be some kind of strange Gaben logic
