Thief is a really high requierements game.. i am sorry but i think you can't run it.. if you wanna play new games there are 2 options.. and i think you know them well...
I am genuine sorry to repeat this but it's true,at the moment i have a shitty laptop and i will probably change pc after years and years with a 300 euros one which i made.. it's not the best but should be able to run most games on normal.. sorry :/

Some can be upgraded (limited, but still can be), but that's not a reason to get a laptop for gaming.
If you want gaming go for a desktop, it's alot more powerful and cheaper than a laptop.
If you don't really need to move your computer away from home then get a desktop.

You kinda need an upgrade :}
If you have the money and don't want hassle go for a new desktop unit.
But, if you want to minimise expense you can upgrade specific parts... but depends on what you have exacly.
First, PSU, your current one most likely won't support new components requirements, so I suggest getting a good one just to be on the safe side (bad PSUs can ruin components, you've been warned).
Next, you should mind what case you have when picking the next parts, some cases can't support some motherboards, etc, if it's a middle tower (average case) it should support pretty much everything, probably not good wire management and not fancy huge aftermarket coolers, which you really won't need for now.
Motherboard will most likely need to be changed, but first decide on CPU, I suggest a quad core or at least a dual-core but you'll still have issues with it since they're weak for this day of age.
I suspect you have DDR1 or 2 RAM so you'll have to get new DDR3 RAM, at least 4GB, and whatever the size you get try to get it in one stick, it's insignficantly slower than dual-channel but leaves you room for future RAM upgrade if you only have 2 RAM slots on your chosen MB (which most cheap ones do).
Your video card is a low-end one, so you should either get at least a mid-end card or you could go for an i5 4th gen which has a decent integrated GPU, but some of your RAM will be used as video RAM, so you should probably get more of that if you go with intel i5's GPU.
I recommend getting a dedicated video card though, or use the i5's one until you save up for a high end video card.
And after you decide on CPU you can decide on a motherboard that supports it and then what other equipament you need for it.
I don't know what HDD you have, if it's 7200RPM it should be ok, depends on the model of course.
The HDD can bring down the entire machine if it's really bad or malfunctioned... I know mine does, it randomly goes into 'coffe breaks' and refuses to read/write, freezing my PC XD
Anyway, all these are just to give you an idea, I strongly recommend you post in a forum that has people experienced in computer components to recommend you the best components for your budget, just make sure you specify the budget, exacly what components you have and what you want to do with the computer :P

will my pc run Thief, as I see it's on sale at GMG?
1,66 ghz 1 core, second is ~1,67, 2gb,256 video ram, ati radeon 3340, everything on low, turning of explorer.exe, skype, browser, and every unncessery proccess. Also what you think, if im not able to run it will i be able to run Murdered:soul suspect, and is it possible to go lower than just 60% off? Cause what i saw in playfire was" Soul:Murdered soul suspect starting at 60% off!!!!"
Thanks in advance guys, your the best. Whenever i got question I always first come here :D
Btw: I can also afford Thief: Master Ed one of those 3 games, which will run most smoothly or at least will get around 20-25-30 fps?
Also, just wanted to add that i'v tried game with similar requirements like The Wolf Among Us and it runs very smooth..
