You should still be able to trade the game to him or send it by e-mail.

I like these type of posts as well because they tend to highlight regifters, multiple same game winners, and non-activers in their won game list.

Hey everyone,
can you please explain to me something...
Im trying to send Dota 2 giveaway gift to the winner and i just cant for some reason...
I added him on steam there when i try to send him dota 2 it says he already have 1 Dota 2 in his gift inventory.
Then i try to send him via e-mail and after klicking send, it says gift has been sent,.. and nothing else happens.
The status is still not changed on "gift beeing sent" ( on steam not on steamgifts.com )
Any advice ?
