Actually, you already have Skyrim and this isn't a giveaway for the DLC. I didn't just buy the LE edition today to have someone win just for the DLC. This is for the entire package of Skyrim LE, hence the link above and the 3rd rule. Sorry.

So far, everyone that I have added, all but one have less than 100 games. And that one that has over 100, has actually played/tried a majority of the games they have. I didn't buy this for someone to add just to have it in their collection to gather dust. You've logged over 1000 hrs in CS games, meaning those are your focus, though you have logged decent hours in a few others.
Sorry, but I did not just buy this game for a hoarder who hasn't even played a quarter of their vast collection.

It's very nice of you. I remember when I never had won and just waited and hoped, and someone did a similar giveaway on the Steamgifts forum. Even though I didn't actually win that giveaway, I was really grateful.

Completely understand, because while it hasn't happen to me here, I am used to having shit luck and being picked as one the last. I have entered art contests, where the other entries were not that great and had little thought/effort put in, but because it was poll voting to determine winners, I lost to such a person. I have been told that because I do 3d art, it isn't the right quality for a CHARITY art book, when there were other artists included that were only average in skills. I was told that 3d cannot go into artbooks, that when people think art books, they think more traditional drawing/painting styles. I tried to tell this very narrow-minded person otherwise, listing off such BIG international artbooks as the Spectrum series that includes sculptures and commercial artworks as well as traditional and all kinds of digital. I pointed out artbooks for games and movies. Person still tried to argue. While it was for charity, if I had known the organizer was so ignorant, I would never have even donated money beforehand. So while I won my first game on here within my 1st couple wks, I still know the feels of being left out or left behind. Never fun, esp if you are in a shitty place at the time.

Plus, comment also gives this thread a bump and new eyes seeing it; it ends this weekend, and less than 20 entrants so far. The odds are great for those that enter. Compare it to the plain Skyrim that will be ending in a hr in public giveaways, that has over 6k entries. Those odds are shitty! Someone will obviously win that, and will be one lucky bastard! But this is some extra love to those who haven't had that win yet.

Special giveaway... w00t-w00t!!! Skyrim: Legendary Edition
Guidelines:
Special notes I am adding in: If you have a collection of over 200 games, I will not add you. If you have your profile where I can't see it, I will not add you (YES, it is possible to do this, because SG only needs access to your stuff publicly for a few seconds once a week, then you can reset your profile to private, because I do this.).
Entrants will be temporarily added as friends until the giveaway ends and the gift is sent/recieved. This is also how you should have gotten the link, because I added you and then sent you the link through Steam's chat. Anyone else, who tries to enter this because they somehow got the link from someone else, will not be eligible. I WILL be keeping track of it in the thread as well, by making a reply to your comment in my thread, stating I added you and then that the link was sent. THIS is to be proof of anyone breaking the rules, in case I do need the reroll.
ALSO, there is an added note in the giveaway itself, for those who somehow get the link from someone trying to be generous, in MY giveaway
Giveaway ends at midnight of the weekend of August 2nd/3rd. That is Midnight, MY TIME; I live in the Central Time Zone with Daylight Savings in the US. Comment below if you are interested; I will then go take a look at your profile and either send you a friend request (then send link for the giveaway) or not, if you do not fit the guidelines above.
P.S. I had already intended on doing a special giveaway similar to this a couple months or so ago, but then we finally found a new place and had to get that settled, then packing and now in said new place, but still settling but this is in part the actual fulfilling of that idea AND also part of the grand finale of my giveaway series.

I would think this goes without saying, but being here for less than a week does not make you unlucky, it makes you NEW. Even added someone to my giveaway, who has only been here only 2wks is pushing it. Anything less than that, you aren't getting added. And if we wanted to get technical, I really should only be adding people here more than a month or two, and with at least a semi-decent amount of "giveaways entered" under their belts, but I am being nice and adding people who been here at least two weeks; that is because [1] I am nice and generally easy-going person, and [2] I won my first giveaway when I had been here not quite two weeks, but I had also entered over 400 giveaways at that point, so I was actually putting some "effort" into it.
My internet has been acting up last few days due to thunderstorms and heavy rain, so I may not get to this right away, with checking and adding people.
