i was wondernig , if i were to own metro 2033 on steam and i activate a humble thq bundle , will i get a second copy? and is it possible to aquire it , was wondering because if i can want to give it 2033 away in sg

Read the Humble page:
Steam will not provide extra giftable copies of games you already own. Just give away the $1 Humble key. They are cheap as hell anyways.

The bundle is all one key, and a separate key for SR3, because it's the BTA. So no, no way to get an extra copy.
